The Buffalo Bills had their home opener Sunday September 17th and they definitely did not disappoint with a win of 38 - 10 against the Raiders.
At the beginning of the game, some Bills fans might have lost hope when the Raiders made a touchdown within the first couple minutes of the quarter, and we seen some questionable plays, but that quickly changed when they got their head in the game for a dramatic progression of their score.
Allen recently stated that he does not pay attention to outside criticism after a loss,
he uses it as fuel for the next game so the negatives do not carry over and destroy his confidence for the next game. The
game was Allen’s highest completion percentage since last season’s opener vs. the Rams and second-highest in team history. He completed 31 of 37 passes for 274 yards and three touchdowns.
Throughout the game Allen showed that he still has the ability to make countless jaw-dropping plays, as two of his TD passes came from the outside pocket; the first being from Dawson Knox on a 2nd&goal play and the other being a 4th down play to Gabe Davis.
Matt Milano, Linebacker, had another game-shifting play in the second half, where he reached over Jacobs to intercept the ball, making it the second game in a row where he recorded an interception.
The Bills will travel to Washington next week, where they will face the Commanders at 1 p.m.
