The Springville Art Crawl

By Mary Kate Wirfel

On June 5th, Main Street in the Village of Springville transformed into an art lover's paradise. From live music, art displays, dancing, and even supporting small businesses. Artists from the Western New York area gathered to take in the art experience. In several of Springville's Main Street businesses, local artwork was hung for viewers to look at or purchase. The weather was perfect for walking up and down main street to enjoy all the art displays. Every building had a different activity with live music or a dance performance. The Springville Center for the Arts puts on this free event every year. Sadly because of the Covid-19 pandemic, there was no Art Crawl in 2020. This year the event was held a little later than the usual date in May. Timing was perfect because it ended up being a beautiful day. For more on what took place at the art crawl, check out the pictures in the photo gallery below.
