September 3rd, 2023 was the 2nd Annual Mafia Boat Parade in Buffalo, NY to support the Buffalo Bills and Oishei Children’s Hospital. The lead boat will be Buffalo Cycle Boats and will lead the others down the Buffalo River beginning at Canalside.
This event is so fun and has SO much to do including a marketplace of WNY’s best artisans, collectors, and creators, A local DJ, Food Trucks/Stands, as well as a Bar with some Amazing Boozy Beverages!
Upon Walking into the event the first table we saw was Total Sports Enterprises - Buffalo, the leading supplier of signed memorabilia. They have signed jerseys, autographed footballs, signed footballs, and autographed helmets. One of the coolest items on their table was a “mystery box” which can either be a signed football, photo, jersey, or helmet/mini helmet.
Next, is Custom Drawings by Patrick Booth, he is a private artist who draws almost anything you wish but he mainly focused on Bills players to display. During the event, he was raffling off a framed drawing of Josh Allen.
Next, Espesyal Designs Jewelry & Goods displayed their Buffalo-themed earrings. Cristal Desrosiers is the founder and stay-at-home mama of the small business - The earrings are made out of Polymer Clay which is a modeling clay made from vinyl, which stays soft until it is baked at home in an oven and can be blended and sculpted to create custom colors.
Finally, there were food trucks, a local baker (Cookies & Cupcakes by Milly) as well as Labatt Blue tents for some small bites and amazing beverages!
If you have never gone to the Mafia Boat Parade located in Downtown Buffalo ~ Canalside. I would definitely recommend this family/pet-friendly event!
