Founder William Bursee first brought his idea of brewing to life in 2015 and has since grew a simple idea into a successful brewery & distillery with some of the best Buffalo cuisine. His main goal of “crafting a sense of home, and making our friends feel comfortable in that environment” has led to what is known as Steelbound Brewery & Distillery. They have created some of the most unique craft beer and spirits, and menu that represents the true tastes of Buffalo
Our Discover716 team had the pleasure of experiencing a tasting table hosted by Steelbound Brewery & Distillery at their Springville location. We were able to experience the atmosphere, food, drinks, and staff which were all amazing.

My experience at Steelbound Brewery is exceptional. The place is super cozy, and the waitress is friendly. I got the chance to taste some of their signature cocktails, and they were all excellent. My favorite being the Remedy. Its cherry flavor with a touch of sweetness is perfect to mask the harshness of the vodka. Steelbound also has several selections for draft beers. My favorites are their famous Spongebomb and Red White And Blue Berry. The drinks are superb on their own and incredible when paring with the right dishes. Steelbound brewery knows how to make great foods that go with your drinks. I especially love their Bacon Basil wrapped Shrimps and their Bitterballen. There are so many great dishes that would make anyone happy. Personally, the overall experience matter more than the foods and drinks themselves, and my experience at Steelbound Brewery was wonderful. It was a super comfortable experience of drinking, eating, and watching a game that I would recommend anyone to visit.

I recently went to Steelbound Brewery and sampled some items from their menu, and I’d definitely recommend visiting there if you’re looking for a new place to go out for lunch or dinner! They offer a wide variety of appetizers, including Bitterballen, which consists of braised beef and spices in a croquette with Spongebomb sauce, their Bacon Basil wrapped Shrimps, which are dipped in Purple Reign horseradish barbeque sauce, Fried Cauliflower Bites, which are tossed in either Buffalo sauce or barbeque, and are a great healthy alternative to chicken wings, and my personal favorite, their Jalapeno poppers, which are breaded and stuffed with sausage and cheese. They also prepared their Mini Steak and Grass Salad for our group, which included a 6oz marinated Sirloin Steak on top of mixed greens, crumbled blue cheese, craisins and an assortment of vegetables. is something for everyone on the menu at Steelbound Brewery, and is a great place to sit down and enjoy a good meal!
